What is it really like to participate in your first art exhibit? I didn't think I would need to ask that question at this early stage of my career, but the opportunity arose, and I decided to jump in with both feet. As soon as I committed to it, I started doing my research. I found plenty of general advice, but not the specifics I was hoping for. My very first exhibit opens today -- a joint exhibit with fellow artist JF Warren. I decided to write about my experience as a first-time exhibitor from start to finish so other emerging artists can get a sense of what it is like.
